The Kościuszko Hotel has two high-class, air-conditioned conference rooms, with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment. The White Room has a floor area of 120 sq m (1350 sq ft), and the Fireplace Hall, 80 sq m (900 sq ft). The aforementioned room can be divided into two smaller ones with a soundproof wall. Another room, called the Winter Garden (25 sq m/280 sq ft) is ideal for small-scale meetings and training courses.

We provide the professional organisation of business meetings, training courses and integration events, as well as complex catering services for coffee and snack breaks, lunch breaks, dinners, formal dinners and receptions.
The conference rooms offer free internet access, state-of-the-art multimedia system with projectors, cameras and an audio system. All rooms are air-conditioned. We offer all possible support to our Customers, organise transfers to and from the airport, individual and group transport, sightseeing tours of the region, tours of Krakow, visits to Wieliczka and Auschwitz, thematic evening parties with live performances, and dancing soirees with live music or a DJ.
